★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内陳列がゴチャゴチャしていて商品が探しにくい。本のコーナーの空の棚が目立つので、もう少し商品を増やしてほしい。他の方もおっしゃっていますが、セルフレジを推進するのであれば店員のフォローも必要かと思いますが、対応が行き届いていなくてイライラしますね。
 The display in the store is messy and it is difficult to find the product. The empty shelves in the corner of the book stand out, so please add more products. As other people have said, if you want to promote self-checkout, I think it is necessary to follow the staff, but it is frustrating because the correspondence is not perfect.

コロナ関連っぽいアナウンスが２度ほど流れる。
暇そうなカウンターだったが、３０分以上たっても呼ばれず。、、
１時間以上はかからないだろうと、未だですかと声をかけたら、
何度かアナウンスしましたが、、、言われ。
本屋側にも滑舌良い声で番号だけでも良いから言ってくれ～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wi-Fi利用可能‼️隣の2号店が閉店して建物も解体したためマンガ本レンタルなどもまとまってしまったために余計窮屈でレンタルするDVDなども探しにくくなった‼️DVDのレンタルでドラマ物のシリーズ編が他の店舗に比べたら圧倒的に品揃えはいいです‼️ただDVDをレンタルしてから家に帰って見ようとしたときDVDが起動しないことがあります。店員にクレームをしてもきちんと対応してくれる人と全く対応すらしない店員もいます‼️もしDVDのレンタルで見たい物が無い時は、他の店舗から取り寄せることも出来ますが、その時も店員の対応が悪すぎる時があるので要注意‼️

有人レジがガラガラでも特定の物しか取り扱わない。その事を指摘する場合もムスッとして気に食わない態度で応対する。
はっきり言ってサービス業としての接客マナーが出来ていない女性店員がここの店舗だけ突出している。
人手不足で良い人材が入らない現状だろうが最低限の接客マナーを指導してくれる責任者も居ないのが現実であろう。
トレカのレジにいる男性女性の店員は他のレジの店員よりは割とマシな方だ。
同じ街にツタヤ十和田元町店という別運営の店があるので今度からそこを使う。

There is another store called Tsutaya Towada Motomachi store in the same town, so I will use it from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文房具が豊富で、可愛くて欲しくなる様な商品が沢山ありました。システム手帳のリファイルはカレンダーしかなかったので、その他の商品も扱っていただけるとありがたいです。

ただし、とても、とっても！スタッフの接客が駄目。
コロナでスタッフ減らしてるなら、せめてもシステムは充実しませんか？
商品があることを書店のシステムで確認→場所が分からずにスタッフに話しかけるのは非効率です。
店内図で教えてください。
あと初めて買う本のサイズなんて知りません。
大判ですか？なんて聞かれても知ったこっちゃないです。トンチンカンか？
