★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥そばを頂きました。辛味のつけ麺風に蕎麦を食べるのは結構斬新です。味はしっかり目ですが濃い感じより風味があると思います。蕎麦にかかっている海苔と胡麻がさらに風味を出しており美味しいと思います。
辛いものが苦手だと少しきついかもしれないですがおすすめできると思います。
コロナ対策も非常に進んでいて、全面的に非接触でやられており、現金もアナログで支払うのはかなりおどろきましたが、新鮮です。
さらに店内に小さなミラーボールもあっておもろいです。
I got Tori soba. Eating soba in a spicy tsukemen style is quite novel. The taste is solid, but I think it has more flavor than a strong one. I think the seaweed and sesame seeds on the soba are even more flavorful and delicious.
