何人かの作り手さんのお弁当を頂きましたが、今回のサリ弁さんのお弁当は特に美味しかったです。栄養バランスがいいので、そこまで量が多い訳ではないのですが、かなり満足感があります。カキの時雨煮や蓮根の挟み焼きも非常に美味しかったのですが、個人的には三つ葉入りのナムルがストライクでした。ナムルの香りと言えば、ニラや胡麻油の風味が定番ですが、三つ葉は全然ありですね。特に弁当の様に複数の食品が入っている、詰め合わせには最適。ニラの様に支配感が無い上品な香りなので、他に沢山入ったおかずの邪魔にならないし、むしろスッキリさせてくれて、箸休め的な役割をしている。また餡掛けのとろみに葛を使用しているせいか、通常のデンプンで作った餡に比べて、冷めた後も状態の変化が少なく、お弁当の様に時間を置いてから食べる物には、これも適している気がしました。全体を通して脂感が少なくライトなテイストなのですが、その中で上手く味のバランスを考えて作られていると感じます。根菜も豊富で毎日飽きずに、食べられるタイプのお弁当。ご馳走様でした。

It has an elegant scent that doesn't have a sense of control like garlic, so it doesn't get in the way of many other side dishes, but rather makes it refreshing and plays a role of resting chopsticks. Also, probably because kudzu is used to thicken the bean paste, the state does not change much even after cooling compared to the bean paste made from normal starch. I felt that this was also suitable. It has a light taste with little greasiness throughout, but I feel that it is made with a good balance of taste. A type of bento that is rich in root vegetables and can be eaten every day without getting tired. It was a treat.
