★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知人の紹介で初訪問です。ソバ素人なので率直に言いますと自分はラーメン派だと再確認できました！
ソバの風味や味はよくわかりませんでした。しかしソバの弾力はスゴいです。コシがありのど越しもよかったですね(^ω^)天ぷらはサクサクで美味しかったです。
天ぷらを卓上の塩を振って食べたりつゆに浸けて食べたり最後は蕎麦湯にして完食しました❗️ソバの不揃いが少し気になりましたがそこはご愛嬌でしょうか(笑)ご年配のお客様で賑わってました。テレビでも紹介された人気店のようです。
 This is my first visit with an acquaintance's introduction. I'm a buckwheat amateur, so frankly, I was able to reconfirm that I'm a ramen sect!
I didn't really understand the flavor and taste of buckwheat. However, the elasticity of buckwheat is amazing. It was chewy and nice to go through (^ ω ^) The tempura was crispy and delicious.
I ate tempura by sprinkling salt on the table, soaking it in soup, and finally ate it with soba hot water ❗️ I was a little worried about the unevenness of buckwheat, but is it charming? (Laughs) Elderly customers It was crowded with. It seems to be a popular shop that was introduced on TV.

そばが美味しいことが大前提ですが、村おこしの店として成功しているところにとても共感が持てます。
多くの地域で、村おこしの事業はあると思いますが、なかなか成功・継続できているところはありません。
立地がよいわけでもないのに多くの人が訪れるための店作りに奔走され、素朴でありながら、温かいおもてなしをされるすべてのスタッフに心からの敬意を表したいと思います。
I visit here every year.
The main premise is that the soba is delicious, but I have a lot of sympathy for the success of the village revitalization store.
I think there are village revitalization projects in many areas, but none have been successful or successful.
I would like to express my heartfelt respect to all the staff who are struggling to create a store that many people visit even though the location is not good, and who are simple yet warm hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦は田舎そばふうで太くコシがありました。お出汁は好みのスッキリ甘くないものでした。星⭐️３＋かな。近くを通る時また寄りたいが目的地にはならないかな。
The soba was thick and chewy like a countryside buckwheat noodle. The soup stock was not as refreshing and sweet as I liked. Star ⭐️ 3+. I want to stop by again when I pass nearby, but I wonder if it will be my destination.

お蕎麦の入ったいなりが珍しくて注文。
食べにくいけど、これまた美味しいかった〜！
テーブル席が3つ、お座敷席が6つくらいあったかな？
座敷があるから、家族連れ、子ども連れの方が多かった。
人気店で入店に順番待ちはありましたが、自然の中でボーッと待ってるのも、良かったかな。
