バス専用駐車場は他に神戸ポートタワー横にバス専用Timesもありますが、ハーバーランドの中心部に一番近い駐車場はここです。駐車場からはUmie、Mozaicへアクセスも近くて便利です。
事前に予約することをおすすめします。予約後、予約番号6ケタを伝えるとスムーズに入庫できます。
駐車場係員は高齢者の方ですが、礼儀、対応はとても良く、高圧的な言動も一切ありません。関西、日本の入口として相応しい。
出庫の際、係員は窓口から顔を出し、会釈と手を振って見送って労ってくれました。こちらも手を振り、自然と笑顔で発車、無事に帰路につくことができました。
