ス	スーパーフォア（NC31） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回で買うのが3回目になりますが店長から今日は最低な発言をされました。２回目の時には息子の誕生日で予約でケーキを頼みました。今回は他にも食べたいケーキがあった為に妻と店を訪れたらコロネしか無かったのでコロネを購入しました。妻がレジに店のポイントカードが置いて有るのを発見したので手に取りレジの方にお作りしますかと聞かれたのでお願いしますと言いました。前回誕生日ケーキを購入した時には何も店からは言われ無かったので日にちは覚えていたので前回の誕生日ケーキの購入分も押してもらって大丈夫ですかと聞いた所、女性スタッフの方はちょっと聞きますのでお待ち下さいと言われ待っていたら男性の店長らしい人が来てレシートが有りますかと聞かれたのでレシートは有りませんと言いました。ケーキを予約した日日は覚えてますとコチラは言いました。予約で頼んだので店には履歴は残って有るはずです。ところがこの店長の方はとんでもない発言をしました。通常のお店ならポイントカードが店で発行されているならばお客様にポイントカードを作りますかと大体の店員は聞いてくるがコチラのお店ではお作りしますとかも無く店長の発言はポイントカードを作りますかと聞くと嫌がる人もいるのでと言われました。最低な発言をされました！それならばポイントカードなんて発行して置いて置かなくても良いと思いますが!!ケーキは美味しいですが店側の男性店員は最低です!!妻とは二度と買いたく無いと話しました。 This is my third time to buy it, but the store manager made the worst remark today. R	Ri n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごく美味しいのでたまに買いに行きます。お茶を飲まずに食べられる程の優しい甘さなので、ペロッと食べられます。大人向けの味です。お店によってチョコレートケーキは「何これ!!?甘すぎーー!! 」となりやすいですが、ここの物はペロッと食べられるほど、ビターな大人向けの味で美味しいです。クッキーの中でフロランタンが好きで、初めて買って食べましたが、とても美味しいし安いです。後はフロランタンの原材料だけ見たので他の商品は分かりませんが、添加物が入ってないのが高評価です。栃木方面から向かうと分かりやすいですが、白河方面から運転して向かうと、真横に大きな家があるので、とても分かりにくいです。お店が開業してから半年くらいは、ケーキ屋と分からず素通りしていました。お店ののれんと同じスペルが書かれた小さな看板がありますが、正直小さすぎて存在感もなく分かりません。大きな駐車場がありますが、素通りしそうな人は隣のセブンイレブンに停めるといいと思います。私はとある中小企業でレジの接客業していますが、私のお店も会社のグループ企業も、レシートがあれば問題なく手続きできますが、レシートがないとポイントを付けられないのです。他のお店もレシートないと出来ない企業が大多数なので、お客様の管理次第ですね。それで怒るのは場違いじゃないかなと思います。ともかく美味しいので応援しているお店です。 It's so delicious that I go to buy it once in a while.
