r	renta syouta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメンを戴きました。(写真はネギ味噌ラーメン) 表面のラード層が分厚く、好みが別れるラーメンかもしれません。看板・店構え・メニューの全てが古臭く女性ウケはしないお店だと思いますが、私的には満足の味でした。ご主人の拘りが詰まったラーメンと感じました。次は味噌を頂いてみよう。特筆すべきは、その店構えからは想像もつかない程の清潔さ！カウンターは勿論、調味料置き、調理場のコンロ周りもピカピカに磨きあげられています(毎日１時間半掛けて掃除するそうです)。手間を惜しまない職人の業ですね。 I got soy sauce ramen.
