A	A H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に酷い会社です。昨今のグローバル化で、殆どの会社は髪の色程度で採用の判断はしないです。そもそも、白髪染で少し明るい色に染めている程度で、金髪ではない。自分も、これまで官公庁など比較的、お堅いイメージがある場所で就業しておりましたが、一度も言われたことはありません。しかも昔なら分かりますが、これだけ外国人なども多く採用されている現在の企業とは思えません。実際、アメリカなどの企業は、そんな髪型程度で採用の基準を決めていません。近くのコンビニの店員なんかは、接客業にも関わらず、ニワトリ頭の髪型をしています。倉庫内作業や工事の作業がメインで接客業では無いのだから、少し明るい程度の色で文句を言われる筋合いはありません。次の仕事が決まっており、繋ぎで仕事を探していましたが、時代に取り残されている会社ですね。髪型がダメならば、最初に言って頂きたいです。 1番頭にきているのは、3時間近くも説明会を聞かされて、後から髪の色で紹介は厳しいと言われても、時間の無駄です。最初に言って頂きたいです。 It ’s a really bad company.
