そこまで濃い煮干しではなく
鶏ダシとのバランスのとれたアッサリスープだと思います。
自分的には中々の美味しいラーメンです

お昼時で次々とお客さんが来てましたが店主さん1人でやっており手際も良くスムーズにいただけました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ デフォルトがあっさり味で麺の旨味が楽しめますが、二回目からは「しょっぱ目で」と注文する人が多いかもしれません。味の強弱を指定できる旨が店内にも表示されています。
店内外は電球色で彩られていて暖かな感じです。カウンターのみならず、薪ストーブがある個室もあり、主の釣果をしめす魚拓がたくさん飾られています。
味玉は100円で、今回はチャーシュー麺と味噌ラーメンを注文し、半分こにトッピングしてもらいました。煮干しダシはそれほどクセは強くないと感じました。丼の底に残った煮干しの粉を飲み干し、いい味を出しているなあと思いました。駐車場は２台分あり。居心地の良い雰囲気です。

I drank the dried sardines left on the bottom of the bowl and thought that it had a good taste. There are two parking lots. It has a cozy atmosphere.

塩ラーメンをいただきました。チャーシューも柔らかくあっさり。胡麻が振られており、ネギも多めですね。
