ふうふうしなきゃ食べれない程熱く、取皿も付いてきます。麺はしっかりコシがあり、スープは濃厚な白湯です。
取皿があるので、ラー油を合わせたり、酢を垂らしたりしても楽しめます。
個人的には酢を入れた方が、味がクリアで、より深くなるような気がします。
久しぶりに旨い白湯麺を食べることができました。
カップル、ファミリー、お一人問わず楽しめます。

I had a fufu egg char siu.
It's so hot that you can't eat it unless you're fluffy, and it comes with a plate. The noodles are firm and the soup is rich plain hot water.
Since there is a plate, you can enjoy it by adding chili oil or dripping vinegar.
Personally, I feel that adding vinegar makes the taste clearer and deeper.
I was able to eat delicious white hot noodles for the first time in a long time.
It can be enjoyed by couples, families, and one person.
It was delicious.

あとは麺の長さが短くなったので、茶碗に移す時に楽になりました。
いつまでも熱く、そして美味しくいただけます。
The menu has been organized and the number of set items has increased. All-you-can-eat rice from a jar is now free when you order noodles.
After that, the length of the noodles became shorter, so it became easier to transfer them to a bowl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とんこつベースに思うけど、すごくあっさりしてます。野菜たっぷり。太麺で、釜に入って出てくるので、最後まで熱々に食せます。
I think it's based on tonkotsu, but it's very light. Plenty of vegetables. Thick noodles come out in a kettle, so you can eat hot until the end.
