V	Victor Kwok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for Japanese instructors, this is the place. However, English is not their forte. We had a mix up on lesson times due to misunderstanding over language barriers.

Midori was lovely and helped us book a 3-hour lesson very last minute and following up with another full day. She was polite and helpful but I also have to mention that the professionalism and expertise that I received from our instructor, Harry (British), was beyond expectation! He took myself, who was a complete novice, and treated me with respect and great tips and I’ve been able to handle intermediate runs (which I was definitely not expecting at such an early stage) with courage! He is a great instructor and I would highly recommend you requesting his instruction. Harry is an absolute asset to your team and I would like to thank Happo-one for assisting me in this. Well done to a great team

R	Rangel Nakrar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a private snowboard lesson and they though me practically nothing. Though it's how it should be, but then took another leston in different school and they explained everything from how to wear boots properly to what muscles you should use to slide.

I made reservation for Snowboard lesson with English speaker instructor. But He can’t speak English. My daughter is going to kindergarden and her English is better than him also she didn’t understand anything from his English. And she didnt want to continue because she didn’t understand anything. They just wasted my weekend and my money. Instructor was so rude and he didn’t do anything.. Never go this school even if you are looking for japanese lesson. They are just trying to get your money thats all. Instructor Is always checking his watch and let me know how many minutes was passed. This behavior made me so nervous and sad. Im telling again please never choose this school. I will keep complaining at all social media
