夕	夕焼け on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日開店直後にお邪魔しました。他の方も書込みしているように接客は気持ちいいです。食券を買って店内に入ると、気さくな感じの店員さんが席まで案内してくれます。店内は新しく清掃も行き届いてる感じがします。生姜醤油ラーメンは個性的です。席に着いた瞬間からスープから生姜が香ります。ほうれん草もたっぷり入っていて初めて食べました。体も温まって体にいい感じはします。生姜の薬っぽさが苦手な人にはお勧めしません。新潟風のラーメンとのことですが、濃い目の色の醤油といい、山形の出汁を感じさせるスープとは文化の違いを感じます。妻が頼んだ背油醤油も味見しましたが、どこか甘みを感じる醤油スープに背油、刻んだ玉ねぎの組み合わせが面白かったです。チャーシューも柔らかくておいしかったと思います。セットのピリ辛そぼろ丼はスパイシーで非常においしかったです。帰るときも若いバイトのお嬢さんがしっかりと感謝と再来店の挨拶をされていて本当に接客が素晴らしいと思いました。次郎風の混ぜそばを頼んでいた常連らしきお客さんが無茶苦茶幸せそうに味わっていて今度は混ぜそば頼んでみようと思います。 I visited you right after the store opened on a holiday. It's a Niigata-style ramen, but it's called dark-colored soy sauce, and I feel a cultural difference from the soup that makes you feel the soup stock of Yamagata. I also tasted the back oil soy sauce that my wife ordered, but the combination of soy sauce soup with some sweetness, back oil, and chopped onions was interesting. I think the char siu was also soft and delicious. The spicy soboro bowl of the set was spicy and very delicious. k	k shin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になってましたが、やっと訪問しました。新潟ラーメンらしいです。入口で券売機より食券購入です。平日のオープン時間と同時なので混んでいません。二郎風まぜそばとあご豚骨、餃子を注文。程なく着丼です。店員さんの応対もとても親切です。豚骨はきつい匂いもなくあっさりしていてとても食べやすくなってます。本場の豚骨が好きな方は物足りないかな。まぜそばは麺がもちもちで美味しいです。個人的に汁のあるラーメンが好きなので相方にお返しです。餃子もパリっとして美味しいですね。出口は入口とは別の所です。今度は醤油など食べたいです。ごちそう様でした。 I was curious, but I finally visited.
