上の色の濃いい部分が
葛を使った抹茶です

苦みと香りを感じる
見たままの しっかり抹茶

下の若草色の部分が 抹茶プリン
どちらかと言うと 舌触りはムースに近く
こちらは 丸みのある 甘みと風味

それぞれに 食べても
違った美味しさを楽しめますが
一緒にいただくと 抹茶の美味しさを
幾重にも感じられます

食後は とても穏やかな 苦みと甘みが後を引き
小さなスプーンで少しずつ
時間をかけて 味わいたいプリンでした

「 ゆずわらび 宇治抹茶モンブラン 」

全体の味のイメージは
苦みと甘みのバランスの良い “ 抹茶クリーム “ と
忍ばせた “ ゆずのわらび餅 “ の

その二つを マロンクリームが繋いでいる
味も食感も ソフトなモンブラン
