浅	浅井政夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オリジナルに赤山椒1で完全に舌をやられました。慣れないと厳しいと感じました。山椒は唐辛子や胡椒と違って口が腫れ上がるような辛さと痺れで味が分からなくなります。お店の方曰く本場四川の流れをくむ担々麺なので、本場の味を食べたい人は試してみて下さいとの事です。上海の担々麺とはかなり違いますね。 Originally I was completely tortured with Akayama pepper 1. I saw pictures and noticed the chicken soup since I am sick with a bad cold. When I arrived, the ticket machine was all in Japanese. And I was confused because I literally cannot read Japanese. The guy helped me and it’s color coded and I just pointed to the chicken noodle soup from the google reviews and he told me which button it was to pay. However, only a few buttons lit up and my selection was not one of them. He took the cash and gave me change. The soup was a bit oily and salty but the noodles were good. I wished he included more veggies. He gave me only one leaf of a veggie.

Chasiu ramen had a surprising amount of pork, but the meat was extremely dry (3). Spicy tantan just tasted like oil, didn't finish half (1). Overall happy with service, not about the food.
