★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 698年に鋳造され、1973年まで1300年間、現役として時を告げてきた鐘で、製作年が明らかなものでは日本最古、国宝にも指定されている。現在は二代目に道を譲り、法堂内に安置、保管されている。『徒然草』に「凡そ、鐘の声は黄鐘調なるべし」とある通り、CD保管された音色は余韻が長く、とても美しかった。

Founded in 698, the bell has been active for 1300 years until 1973, and has been designated as Japan's oldest national treasure with a clear year of production. Currently, it has given way to the second generation and is enshrined and stored in the temple. As "Tsurezuregusa" says, "The voice of the bell should be yellow-bell-like," the tone stored on the CD had a long lingering sound and was very beautiful.
