のっぺ、えご、へぎそば等新潟に行かなきゃ食べられないものが揃ってます。
私のオススメは、栃尾の油揚げです。甘味噌がつけありますので、無しにしてもらって、醤油をつけて食べるのがオススメですね。ビールにも日本酒にもあいます。
極めつけは日本酒に「巻機」があることです。高千代酒造のお酒ですが、他の鶴齢や高千代とは比較にならないくらい美味しい、激レアなお酒です。
是非立ち寄ってみてください。

The best thing is that sake has a "winding machine". Although it is Takachiyo Sake Brewery's sake, it is an extremely rare sake that is incomparably delicious compared to other crane ages and Takachiyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お料理は美味しいのですが、一品の量が多いので、一人で数品頼むと食べきれない。あとお蕎麦はイマイチでした。というか、つまみを2〜3品頼んだらもうお腹いっぱいでお蕎麦は食べれません。お酒は日本酒がいろいろありとても美味しいです。
この場所は店の入れ替わりが非常に激しかったのですが、こちらの「花ゆず」さんは料理とお酒が美味しいので長く続いていますね。それはとてもよいことです。大将の料理の腕は確かです。
しかし、ゴミがいつも店の外に置いてあるのは汚い。おしぼりの返却でしょうが、飲食店は綺麗にしてほしいです。

It was very difficult to change stores at this place, but Mr. Hana Yuzu here has a long time because the food and sake are delicious. That's very good. The general's cooking skills are certain.
However, it is dirty that the garbage is always kept outside the store. It's probably a hand towel, but I want the restaurant to be clean.

西日暮里界隈、日曜日は空いている居酒屋が少なく、駅前にある越後の地酒を提供している店へ。刺盛りを注文し、余ったものはきりたんぽの材料にしてくださいました。実はきりたんぽ、初めてでして。出羽国の名物なんですが、こりゃうまい。冷酒ときりたんぽで大満足です。その他、酒盗チーズや肉じゃがなどもまた美味し。
帰り間際、お店の方が、発売していない酒を提供してくれました。満足です。決済も多様化しており、現金だけでなくペイペイが使用可能です。
一つ物申せば、トイレが1階です。地下階にはありませんので、そこだけ注意願います。

I am very satisfied with the cold sake and kiritanpo. In addition, Shutou cheese and meat potatoes are also delicious.
On my way home, the shop offered me some sake that wasn't on sale. I'm satisfied. Payments are also diversified, and not only cash but also pay-pay can be used.
One thing to say is that the toilet is on the first floor. Please note that it is not on the basement floor.

料理はなかなかボリュームがあり味もいい。
ついついお酒がすすんでしまう。
値段はちょい高め。
The location is right next to the Chiyoda Line Dokanzan exit.
