★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からの広島のお好み焼きです。すいている日は星5かも。忙しい日は回転重視なので、焼きが緩くて物足りないことも、まま有ります。まあ、そこは好みで、ふっくら焼けたお好み焼きが好みのかたには、忙しい日が当たりかもしれません。
It is a traditional Hiroshima okonomiyaki. Maybe 5 stars on a busy day. On busy days, rotation is important, so there are times when the roasting is loose and unsatisfactory. Well, that's what I like, and for those who like fluffy okonomiyaki, it may be a busy day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 縮景園に行く前に、日曜日の11時台、昼食の時間帯の少し前にお邪魔しました。
スタンダードなお好み焼きに、うどん半玉プラスで注文しましたが、これで満腹です。
少々早く入店した感じでしたが、その後、常連さんと思われるお客様が続々と。
観光客向けのお店ではないことが、魅力ですね。
※注）マヨネーズは別料金のようです。
Before going to Shukkeien, I visited at 11 o'clock on Sunday, shortly before lunch time.
I ordered a standard okonomiyaki with a soft-boiled egg plus udon, but I'm full.
It felt like I entered the store a little early, but after that, there were a lot of customers who seemed to be regular customers.
The appeal is that it is not a shop for tourists.
* Note) Mayonnaise seems to be charged separately.

お好み焼は、ふわっと蒸し上がっていて、私の好み。値段もリーズナブルです。
It was a good shop loved by the neighborhood. I stopped by for the first time, but the customer service was good and I didn't feel uncomfortable.
Okonomiyaki is fluffy and steamed, which is my favorite. The price is also reasonable.
