地獄そば(辛いわけではない)も具沢山でおすすめ。
お酒好きで気さくな店主もgood.
 We enjoyed the difference from the cold soba noodles.

客室はレトロ感漂う座卓、テーブル席でキャパ15人くらいです。
2020年9月下旬の平日昼間に訪問しました。
もりそば（500円）を頂きました。自家製麺は香り旨味感じられない硬めの蕎麦で、つけ汁はどっぷりつけるタイプ。好みの蕎麦では…✗
It is an "old-fashioned soba restaurant" near JR Karasuyama Station that opened in the 1970s.
The guest rooms have a retro-style table and table seats with a capacity of about 15 people.
I visited during the daytime on weekdays in late September 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三種トッピングの「みちのく」をいただき、その後リピートで地の山芋がたっぷり乗った「田舎」を味わった。甘すぎないめんつゆが素朴なそばの味を生かし、めんは適度なこしで美味しい。
毎度のご主人との話も楽しみだ。
We had "Michinoku" with three kinds of toppings, and then repeatedly tasted the "countryside" with plenty of local yams. The noodle soup, which is not too sweet, makes the best use of the simple taste of soba, and the noodles are moderately chewy and delicious.
I'm looking forward to talking with my husband every time.

昼食時に夫婦で入って、天もりを注文。天ぷらの野菜がサクサクしてておいしいし、甘唐辛子の天ぷらが大ぶりでいい。天つゆはなく、そばツユで食べるスタイル。ツユは塩辛すぎず甘すぎず、ちょうどいい。
ただ肝心のソバが…ちと重い。二八ではなく、たぶん三七か下手すると四六？量が多い分、腹にたまる。ご主人は混ぜソバを推していたから、今度行ったらそれにしてみよう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ツーリング先の昼食で寄りました。活字だけのメニューを見ていると高齢の店主がタブレットでお薦めメニューの写真を見せて説明をしてくれました。お薦めの中の、山菜、たぬき、トロロとミニ蕎麦３種類のセットを注文。蕎麦はコシがあってとても美味しかったです。煮物の小鉢も付いてました。近くに来たらまた行きたいです。
I stopped by for lunch at the touring destination. When I was looking at the print-only menu, an elderly shopkeeper showed me a picture of the recommended menu on my tablet and explained it to me. I ordered a set of 3 types of edible wild plants, raccoon dogs, tororo and mini soba. The soba was chewy and very delicious. There was also a small bowl of simmered food. I want to go again when I come near.

店長オススメのメニューは名前からどんなものか想像が付きにくいものもありますが、店長に聞くとタブレット端末で写真を見せてくれます。
私が注文したのは「田舎そば」で、私好みの味でした。
麺は結構歯ごたえがあるタイプだと思います。
店の西側十字路向かいに駐車場もありますよ。
