野	野澤満 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで地元の蕎麦で美味しいと言われるすうてんを決め、その中の個人店舗を見つけて選択しました。場所は町中から少し離れていますし、大きな橋を渡り、少しすると左手に看板があります。到着は午後一時過ぎでした。駐車場には車両もなく、店は営業していない感じです。入口付近には営業中と書いてあったので、とりあえず中に入る事に。店内には店員のおばさんがひとり。メニューを見て、十割蕎麦と天ぷらのセットを注文。すると、５分後には出てきました。天ぷらは揚げたて、蕎麦は茹でたてで、当然ですが手打ちです。雑味がなく、蕎麦もとてもコシがあって美味しい。天ぷらも海老が二本あり、とても大きいです。後サービスで、桜蕎麦（季節限定）と蕎麦寿司のおすそ分けをもらいました。桜蕎麦は香りも後味も絶妙です。蕎麦寿司は巻物なので、他の食材が強いのが残念でした。その後は、店員と思った方と旦那さんの二人で経営されている話や、息子さんの話、コロナワクチンの話など、途切れる事なく長居をしてしまいました。家庭的なお二人でしたが、個人的にはできる限り蕎麦屋を頑張って欲しいと思います。またお邪魔させてもらいます。 I decided on the internet that the local soba noodles are delicious, and I found a private store in it and selected it. The tempura also has two shrimp and is very large. As a post-service, I got a sushi split between Sakura Soba (seasonal) and Soba Sushi. Sakura soba has an exquisite aroma and aftertaste. Soba sushi is a scroll, so it was a pity that other ingredients were strong. After that, I stayed for a long time without interruption, such as the story of being run by a person who thought I was a clerk and my husband, the story of my son, and the story of the corona vaccine. I often ask for 100%, 28, and sobagaki. Sobagaki is so smooth that you won't feel like eating it anywhere else, and soba sushi is also good.
