や	やや on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご飯は美味しかったけど、ピリピリしてて居心地が悪すぎて食べてすぐにお店を出ました。店員さんにただ注文するだけでイライラされてるし、そんな言い方しなくてもいいのにと思うような言い方を他のお客さんにも言っていて本当に口コミ通りでした。他の家族もたまたまそれぞれ別の機会にこのお店を訪れていましたが、あのお店は接客酷すぎるという話でお互いそのお店に行ってた事を知ったくらいなので皆さんに同じような接客をしているんだと思います。ご飯が美味しいだけに本当に勿体ないと思います。

わ	わびさび on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年の真夏利用。コロナ禍の中で店に寄りたくはなかったが、一歳児の子供と散歩中に、子供があまりに暑がった為、少し涼み飲み物頂きすぐに出ようと、念のため店主に幼児連れは可能か確認。了承のもと入店。店主は若い女性とやや年配の女性2人。若い女性店員は親切だったが、年配の店員はいらっしゃいませも無く、開口一番、子供さんマスクは？と。一歳児であることを伝えるが、マスクはできますよねと怪訝な面持ち。端の涼しく無い席を通される始末。接客も無愛想。挙句、会計時に店の小銭が切れているからなのか小銭を要求されるが、ない旨を伝えると無愛想な対応。この店のやや年配女性店員は接客業やめたらと言いたいほど酷いものでした。 2歳未満はマスク着用すべきでないことも知らずに、幼児連れ入店を軽々しく受け入れるなと言いたいし、1歳児でも着用可能なマスクあるなら教えてくれと言いたい。その前に店を開けるなら1日の客入り人数をある程度把握して、釣り銭がきれないようにしろよと言いたい。 Used in midsummer last year. R	Rica F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 偕楽園の帰りに寄りました。来店時に「いばらきアマビエちゃん」の登録など、県外からの来店者も多いお店だと思うので、感染対策にもとても気を使われているんだな、と思いました。広い天井と広い空間に、お店の雰囲気も好みで、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。他のレビューでもいくつか指摘されていたスタッフさんも対応も、へたにフレンドリーでなくて私自身は気が楽でした。写真撮影についても、テーブルに「撮影するときは声をかけて」とPOPがあったので、お伝えしたら「お声がけいただいたので大丈夫ですよ」と、快諾してくれました。支払いは現金のみなので、電子決済もあると助かるな、と思いました。 I stopped by on the way back from Kairakuen. S	Sha Booney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lovely little place. very calm and soothing. the adjoining flower shop adds an earthy aroma. there are more options for tea than coffee and the dessert menu keeps changing. everything is carefully prepared and takes a while. definitely a slow food place but everything tasted really good and the presentation was also appetizing! photography of the cafe and adjoining store isn't allowed so i took some shots of the food instead. it seemed that one of the owners was a bit annoyed when i asked. i paid a little over 1000￥ for 2 items which was a bit pricy. however, the foods are well prepared and delicious!

The coffee is okay-good, we also had a waffle which was not overwhelming either and the attitude of the woman-master gives it a bad after taste anyway. It could have been a relaxing coffee place with this beautiful woody atmosphere, such a shame... If you are searching for a pleasant place : an advice move on. It is more freezing inside and the hostess definitely needs some warming up... ?
