★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回初めてネットで花工房さんの商品を購入させてもらいました。
メールでの住所確認のご連絡など確認のご連絡を頂いて返信しても内容を理解してくれたかの返答もがなくとても不安になりました。
返答がなく６日経過してから再度配送先の住所の確認は取れてるのかと確認の連絡をしたが帰ってこず。
注文を本当に承ってるのか怪しくなるほど不安で仕方がなかったです。
スタッフさんの対応がなっていなく不安の残る買い物となりました
