あ	あい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 精神的に追い詰められ利用しました。電話対応された方に粗方どのような症状、どのような状態か伝えましたが、2ヶ月も待たされたのに担当された医師にはあまり伝わっていないようでした。心療内科自体の利用は初めてでどのような対応が「普通」なのかは分かりませんですが、個人的には患者に寄り添わないお医者さんなのかな？と感じました。ただし受付の方や、前述した電話対応された方の態度はとてもよく初めての利用でも安心することが出来ました。追記:発達障害だったらしくここで手帳を作成することを決めました。受付の方に「自律ですか？診察は？」等意味不明なことを聞かれました。こちらとしては手帳を受け取りに来るためだけに来た為理解不能。しかも医者からは手帳をここでは受け取れない、書類？だけ発行することを一切聞いておりません。こちらも受付も困ってしまいました。心療内科、病院以前に接客として駄目です。もう来ません。 I was mentally cornered and used it. However, the attitude of the receptionist and the person who responded to the phone call mentioned above was very good, and I was able to feel relieved even when using it for the first time. Postscript: I decided to make a notebook here because it seems to be a developmental disability. The receptionist asked me something unclear, such as "Is it autonomous? Is it a medical examination?" I can't understand it because I came here just to pick up my notebook. What's more, you can't receive a notebook from a doctor here, documents? I haven't heard that it will only be issued. Both here and the reception were in trouble. It is useless as a customer service before the psychosomatic medicine and hospital. I won't come anymore.
