超高齢の祖父があまり歩けないので、配慮していただいてます。
気軽に悩みごとを相談できる環境があるのでいいですね

前からお世話になってるけど的確なアドバイスで内科だけでなく精神面でも気持ちの面でも楽にさせてもらってる。内科と精神科を同時に診てもらえるんで良い。

先生は冷たい雰囲気の方で怖かったです。家族に対して前もっての説明も無く不安感が強かったです。精神科の先生はそのようなものだと知人から聞いたのですが先生に対する安心感が得られなかったので結局他の病院に診ていただきました。
そちらの病院では家族相談の際も本人の診察の際も穏やかな雰囲気で変な緊迫感もありませんでした。
スタッフの方はとても丁寧で細やかなアドバイスをくださいました。

The teacher was scared because of the cold atmosphere. There was no prior explanation to my family and I was very anxious. I heard from an acquaintance that a psychiatrist was like that, but I couldn't feel reassured about him, so I ended up seeing another hospital.
At that hospital, there was no strange sense of urgency in the calm atmosphere during family consultations and personal examinations.
The staff gave us very polite and detailed advice.
I am very grateful to the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 猛烈な喉の痛みを感じ受診しました。朝イチで電話したのですが先生たちが夜にならないと帰ってこないとのことで夜8:00に診察。
ここまでは仕方ないですが、コロナの検査ばかりされて肝心の喉は一瞥することすらなく終了。これでよく処方箋出せたなと…処方箋を調べたら極めて一般的な漢方薬と解熱剤。翌朝不安になり、処方箋を無視して別の医者に行ったら即入院となりました。
喉頭浮腫という病気で喉が腫れ上がりあと少しで窒息死の恐れがあったそうです。
これがお宅の目指す医療なのですか？残念でなりません。

It can't be helped so far, but all the corona tests were done and the essential throat was finished without even a glance. I thought I was able to get a prescription with this ... When I looked up the prescription, it was a very common Chinese herbal medicine and antipyretic. The next morning I became anxious, and when I ignored the prescription and went to another doctor, I was immediately hospitalized.
It seems that there was a risk of suffocation shortly after the throat swelled due to a disease called laryngeal edema.
