その場で作れるものは5分程度でした。ドアのメーカーから取り寄せになる鍵の値段や日数の説明も明確で分かりやすかったです。
I got a duplicate key. It was polite and cheap.
It took about 5 minutes to make on the spot. It was easy to understand the explanation of the price and the number of days for the key ordered from the door manufacturer.

接客はスマートで丁寧で、見本を見せた数分後にはキーができあがり、ホントあっという間に終わりました。
