★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空き巣被害に逢いセコムに加入したのですが預ける鍵が２本必要で１本足りず、急遽合鍵を作る事になったのですが一宮市内のどの金物屋さんも休日か盆休みの為、連絡がつかずネット上で掲載されている鍵屋は殆ど持ち込み不可、もしくはメーカー対応が多く困っていたところ、最後の頼みだとこちらに電話したところ休日で閉店しているのにも関わらずお店を開けてくれるとのことでお伺いしました。昔ながらの金物屋さんですが奥さん？お母さん？の対応も非常に丁寧かつ親切、難しい鍵も一発ＯＫな物を作ってくれました！合わなかったら何度でも来て！というお母さんの心遣いは心から嬉しかったです。地域密着型の金物屋さんはホームセンターやインターネット販売の発展で昨今、経営は厳しいかと思いますが典型的な店頭ならではのきめ細かいサービス、そして心の通ったやりとりでいつまでも地域に根付き商いをされて欲しいと思いました。急なわがままにも関わらず対応して頂きありがとうございました。これからも何か鍵や金物で困ったことがありましたらまたお願いします！
