電話したその日にガラスを直してもらい、玄関のガラスだったので良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも、おーラジの楽しい番組を聴いてます。ハロウィンの催しなど、増山さんがアイデアマンだということは、よくわかります。アパートなので、まだガラスの破損も（おかげさまで）ないですが、いつか、日本一の腕の増山さんに頼んで、作業を横で見ていたいな、と思っています。

あっという間に、予定通り一日で工事が終わりました。
工事後は、今後のメンテナンスについても詳しくご説明いただきました。
古くなったり壊れてしまったら、玄関の鍵やドアクローザーの交換もできるとのことでした。知らないことばかりでしたので、教えてもらえて良かったです。
商品や価格についても、事前に詳しく説明いただいたので納得いくリフォームができました。

内容的には窓の動きが悪いこと。
窓を調べてもらうと廃番の部品?なんとか現行部品で直してもらい無事引き戸が滑らかに動くようになりました。
しかも『せっかくなので』と、他の窓も見てくれてました。

ペアガラスだったので、入荷までに時間がかかるとのことで割れた窓の養生もしていただきました。割れたガラスも引き揚げてもらえました。
大きいガラスだったので費用が心配でしたが、注文前に見積もりをもらい確認できたので安心でした。
また、火災保険の建物に対する保険がガラス修理でも使えることがあると教えていただき、保険会社に確認したところガラスや網戸も適用になるとのことでした。
教えてもらわなかったら、ガラスやサッシが保険適用な事に気付かなかったので助かりました。
