The food and wine are delicious, but above all, I was impressed by the highly complete ramen. A wonderful niboshi ramen that overwhelms the popular shops around. You should definitely eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ限定の煮干しそば。ちぢれ太麺にじんわり美味しい出汁スープ、ねぎ、刻んだレッドオニオン、2種類のチャーシューと見た目も良いけれど思った以上に食べごたえもあり満足でした。
Niboshi soba for lunch only. I was satisfied with the small thick noodles, the delicious soup stock, the green onions, the chopped red onion, and the two types of char siu, which looked good but were more delicious than I expected.

Lunch ramen in a small bar with only 3 seats at the counter ? Niboshi ramen has a delicious balance of soy sauce soup. I personally like the wood ear. Plenty of chicken breast and volume ?
