It is a style shop where you can drink only pure rice sake carefully selected from all over the country with a shot. She seeks input from you regarding the taste profiles you are most interested in. I was impressed by both her knowledge and the variety of sake that she has available. I also really liked the ambiance of this bar. She primarily played music from the U.S. on her record player from the 70's through 80's. The bar was initially empty when we arrived, but soon filled up with guests surrounding the bar. It was never crowded though. There is also a clean small restroom in the bar.
