This first visit is for lunch and the number of items on the meal menu is limited, but the borscht I ordered is quite delicious and I am very satisfied. A	A. Kura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy small cafe. 5mins away from JR Oimachi station. Good quality of coffee and small dishes like sugar toasts and roll cakes. No laptops allowed. Maximum stay is about an hour. Some takeouts for coffee is available too. As per above rules and from listening to the conversation of the owner couple, they seem to have strong philosophy or strict rules about customer behavior. Just saying as a note.
