カリカリポテト(のり塩)をテーブルに着いてからすぐに注文。 その後、ご注文の〜とタッチパネルから音声が流れて来てたのはラーメン。(ラーメンも注文済み) 間違えたのかね〜と待っていたが、その次に表示されたのは先程来たラーメン。 その後待っていたが来ず店員さんを呼び「カリカリポテトって表示が出てたんですけど来なくて」と事情を話すと「すぐに確認します。」との事。 しかし、10分待っても15分待ってもポテトも来なければ店員さんも来ない。 結局、〆のデザートを注文する頃になってもポテトも店員さんも来ないまま、再度店員さん(別店員)を呼び事情を話しキャンセル。 店員同士の連携も取れてないのか? 先に話した店員は確認にも来ない。他の店舗では「大変申し訳ありませんでした」と注文品を席まで持ってくるが…。 最高のサービスをしろ!とは言わないが、せめて言われた事は最後まで責任持ってくれ。

スシローと並んで100円寿司の代表格。100円なのでネタにあまり期待してはいけませんが、私の好きなカニみそがあり、最近カニみそを食べたい時に利用します。完全オーダー性なので安心して利用出来ます。入店したら目の前の受付機のタッチパネルでカウンター、テーブル席を選択し人数を選択。出てきたレシートの席に着席。席のタッチパネルで注文。あとは自動レーンで目の前に寿司が来ます。タッチパネルが最近変わったのですがカウンター席はパネルが左にあり、ほぼ真横を向いています。正直見づらい、使いづらい。今までの正面にあった方がまだ良かった。食べ終わったら、タッチパネルの会計ボタンを押してからレジに行きましょう。ボタンの押し忘れがあるとスタッフが席まで押しに走ることになります。 湯飲みと手拭き、割り箸は寿司レーンの上か席の後ろにあるセルフコーナーに置いてあります。レーン上の物は立ち上がらないと取れませんし、子供では取れません。水はセルフコーナーにあります。 込み合っている時に軍艦もの1個を注文すると20分以上かかることがあります。更に軍艦を注文から10分後に握りを頼むと、軍艦より遥かに早く握りが出来てきます。試しに再度軍艦頼んだら、出てくるまでに25分掛かりました・・・ この時は10皿頼んで1時間半の滞在でした。うーん、先に頼んだものから提供する努力をして欲しい。会社の昼休みに気軽に寄れなくなる。待ち時間の長いオーダーを優先提供するシステム作りが必要。あとレジにスタッフがいない時、呼び出しボタンは欲しい。このご時世、大声で呼ぶのも気が引けます。
