刺身定食(1,100円)の刺身盛合せが美味しかった。なにせお魚の香りがいいし新鮮なだけでなく、きっちりと仕事が施されていた。イワシのお刺身は甘くてトロッとしてて美味しい。生ぐさみ皆無で脂が乗ってる。さらに後から天ぷら出てきた！しし唐とイワシだったかな。サクッと揚がってて身はふっくら。旨い。
浜松市中央卸売市場の仲卸「渡信商店」さんが経営しておられるお店ということで、鮮度の良い近海魚を安定的に提供できるそうです。

残念な事に緊急事態宣言が出ていたので、アルコールの提供は無しとの事。ノンアルコールでの食事になりました。
初日に銀鱈煮付け定食、翌日に特撰いわしコースを頂きました。
前菜、刺身、塩焼き、煮付け、揚げ物、御飯、つみれ汁と鰯のフルコースです。
その時の仕入れによるそうですが、この時の塩焼きは特大サイズが入ったそうで、最高に美味しかったです。
マスターに「こんなに美味しい鰯食べた事ないですよ」と言ったら、「よく言われる」と返されました(笑)
夜の食事のお客様向けに夜定食メニューを始めたそうで、今だけの銀鱈の煮付けも美味しかったです。
その煮付けの煮汁を御飯にかけられる様に、レンゲを出してくれる気遣いが嬉しかったです。
大元が魚の仲買業との事で、仕入れの良さはバツグンな訳です。
美味しい鰯が味わえるお店です。
