外はカリッと、中はフワッとしていて甘辛い味付けでした。
肝吸い、見た目も美しく、美味しかったです???
ご馳走さまでした～。

同伴した友人曰くタレが掛かりすぎとの事でしたが、味にはとても満足できました。

味、コストパフォーマンス共に
オススメします。
I entered several "eel shops" in Handa, but this "118" was the best for me.
Both taste and cost performance
I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文してから１０分位で提供されました。もう捌いて蒸してたんでしょう。ふっくら感全くありません。３９００円取るなら、もう少しマシなの提供して下さい❗❗二度と行くことはありません。
It was provided about 10 minutes after ordering. It must have been separated and steamed. There is no feeling of plumpness. If you want to pay 3900 yen, please provide a little better ❗❗ I will never go again.

もやしの水切りが不十分なせいか、スープが薄く、コクもありません。
チャーシューは炙りです。炙りのせいか硬さが気になります。
結論。リピートはありません。
The continental system makes ramen.
The soup is thin and has no richness, probably because the bean sprouts are not drained sufficiently.
The char siu is roasted. I'm worried about the hardness, probably because it's roasted.
Conclusion. There is no repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鰻は、なかなか食べに行く機会はありませんが、炭火焼きでタレもほどよく肝吸いも美味しくいただきました。またここで食べたいと思えるお店でした。
I don't have a chance to go to eat eel, but the charcoal-grilled eel had a good sauce and the liver sucking was delicious. It was a shop that I would like to eat here again.
