素朴なんだけど、また食べたくなる味でした。
値段も安いし、下町のラーメン屋って感じのアットホームな店です!!

ラーメンもチャーハンも特質なく普通。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今どきラーメン450円は安いんじゃないでしょうか。麺はやや縮れた中太丸麺。食感はモチモチしてます。かえしは塩をつかわず醤油だけかもしれません。ダシは鶏豚系ですがさっぱりとした屋台の味に近いです。

麺は柔らかめの茹で加減。
具の野菜と豚肉は適度に盛られてました。
スープは旨味に重厚感があって美味！！
接客は普通。
店内はかなり狭めで窮屈感がありました。
次は『にんにくタンメン』を頂いてみたいです。
ご馳走様でした！！

3人掛けテーブル1、4人掛けテーブル1、3人掛けカウンターテーブル、床は鉄板張り、親子⁉︎(厨房息子、フロア母)でやってる小さなお店です。
中細麺、キャベツ、もやし、にんじん、キクラゲ、豚肉を油でしっかりと炒めた私好みのタンメン700円でした。
すぐ近所に同様の中華料理店があるが、比べ物にならない位美味しかった。
私好みのタンメンを食べるため再訪問、やはり美味しかった。店内は綺麗に維持されていて気持ちよく食事が出来ます。
今回星を一つ増やしました。
また来てしまった、旨いの一言！
Hama-chan, a Chinese restaurant located right next to the alleys of Tsukishima Nishinaka-dori 3rd and 4th Avenues.
It is a small shop with a table for 3 people, a table for 4 people, a counter table for 3 people, an iron plate on the floor, and a parent and child ⁉︎ (kitchen son, floor mother).
It was 700 yen for my favorite tanmen, which was made by stir-frying medium-thin noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and pork in oil.
There is a similar Chinese restaurant in the immediate neighborhood, but it was incomparably delicious.
I visited again to eat my favorite tanmen and it was delicious. The inside of the restaurant is kept clean and you can eat comfortably.
I added one star this time.
