M	Mitsuki .K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チケットを貰ったので夕方に行ってみたのですが何と言うか、接客業なのに、対応が悪すぎて情けないとさえ、思ってしまいました。接客業に必須の最低限必要であるべき「いらっしゃいませ」が一言も、誰からもなかったんです? ハッキリ言って呆れました。私は２番目に並んでいたのですが、前の人がギフトラッピングを頼んでいて、割と待たされた挙げ句、他の人が何故かレジに優先され、誰一人知らん顔。３人もスタッフがいたのに、一人はただ突っ立ってるだけ。人手がなくて店が回せないとか言うなら、閉めて下さい!!とすら思ってしまいました。店側の事情はお客には関係ありませんから❗ ２度と行きません? あ	あいゆな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマスケーキを買いに行きました。ソーシャルディスタンスなのに並んだら後ろの人が近くに寄ってきて嫌な気分でした。こんな時に店内で誘導するような人が居てくらたら　嫌な気分にならなかったのに、お店の配慮が足りていない感じがしました。それからケーキの注文を受ける　お姉さんの感じが悪く　ケーキを注文している間　機嫌悪そうな顔で受けていました。お店のカードを私に返し忘れていて　お姉さんに言っても冷たい態度で　すいませんの一言もなく渡してきました。　ここのケーキが大好きで来ていたのですが、凄くショックで悲しかったです。忙しいのは分かりますが　笑顔で対応していただきたかったです。楽しいクリスマスになるはずか、最悪な１日になりました。 I went to buy a Christmas cake.
