I found a flat sign and visited. Please note that the road to the car is narrow. However, there is a solid parking lot. Walk for a few minutes to the water. It draws water directly from the river. There is a lot of water, so you need to be careful about your scaffolding.

The spring water of Higashiagatsuma Town, which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters. A considerable amount of water is gushing out from under the cedar tree and it is quite powerful. People with plastic tanks were constantly coming to fetch water.
