★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和57年に日本中を驚かせた遺跡が黒井峯遺跡です。榛名山の噴火で吹き出された軽石にすっぽり埋まった1,500年前の集落の遺跡では、竪穴式住居はもちろん、平地式の住居や倉庫、家畜小屋、建物を取り巻く垣根や道、そして苗代、祭りを行った跡など、それまでの遺跡では見ることのできなかったものが発見されました。
まさに「日本のポンペイ」として全国の注目を浴びた黒井峯遺跡は、平成3年に国の史跡に指定されました。

何も期待しないで下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行く前に黒井峯遺跡のアプリを入れておくとVRでの当時の映像を見ることが出来るので事前にインストールしておくことをオススメします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広い。無料。時間がある時にゆっくり見たい。今は何もない広ーーい場所だが、VRで再現された情景を見られるらしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行くまでがわかりづらい。住宅地の中にある。遺跡は埋め直したとのことで知らない人が見たらただの空き地。
一応説明案内板の設置もあったが、案内版下にリーフレット置き場あり。木製の置き場に木製のリーフレットなので置いてあることもわかりにくかったが、フルカラーの持ち帰り自由リーフレットがある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロケーションは良いですが、この場所に太古の集落が有ったことは想像するしかありません。藁葺きの小屋がポツンとあるけれど、観る価値はないのでわざわざ訪れる価値は無いと思います。
The location is good, but you can only imagine that this place had an ancient settlement. There is a thatched hut, but it's not worth watching, so it's not worth visiting.
