★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長浜ラーメン好きにとっては米子では美味しい店だと思います。ただ、特に夜の一部店員の接客態度はいかがなものかと。面倒くさそうだし声も小さい。
 For those who like Nagahama ramen, I think it's a delicious restaurant in Yonago. However, how is the customer service attitude of some clerk at night in particular? It seems to be troublesome and the voice is small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はこってりしたとんこつラーメンは苦手ですが博多屋のとんこつラーメンは食べやすくてとても大好きです。私の知り合いの人もここのとんこつラーメンは好きと言う人が結構います。
何件か口コミ読んていると従業員の人の接客が悪いとか書いてありますけど私はそうは思いません。感じ方とか人それぞれ違うと思いますが面倒くさそうとか思った事は私は無いですよ。他のラーメン屋さんとかも同じような感じだと思います。逆にお客さんの方が態度悪いなって感じた事ありますけど。1人で来客してカウンターにどうぞ言われても無視して４人席に座る人とか。私はこのお店ラーメン屋さんで１番よく行きます。
I'm not good at thick tonkotsu ramen, but I love Hakataya's tonkotsu ramen because it's easy to eat. There are quite a few people I know who like the tonkotsu ramen here.
When I read some reviews, it says that the customer service of employees is bad, but I don't think so. I think that each person feels differently, but I have never thought that it would be troublesome. I think it's similar to other ramen shops. On the contrary, I have felt that the customers have a bad attitude. Someone who comes alone and sits at the counter, ignoring it. I go to this ramen shop most often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼に利用。チャーシュー麺に煮玉子トッピングと餃子を注文しました。私には味が薄いのでラーメンだしを足して食べました。餃子の食感はよかったですがこちらも味が薄いように感じました（酢は設置なし）。自家製のとろとろチャーシューですが薄すぎるのでいまいち実感無しです。煮玉子も少し固め。全体的にもっと豚骨感がほしいところですね。接客は良く、お冷がおいしかったです。ご馳走様です( ^ω^ )
Used on weekday noon. I ordered boiled egg topping and gyoza for char siu noodle. I ate the ramen soup because it tastes thin. The texture of the gyoza was good, but it also felt like it was light (no vinegar installed). It is homemade simmered char siu, but it is too thin so it doesn't feel real. The boiled egg is a little hard. It is a place that wants more pork bone overall. The customer service was good and the cold was delicious. It's a treat (^ ω ^)

チェーン店ですが安定した美味しさがあります。
広島激辛つけ麺もはじめたみたいなので次回はチャレンジしてみたいですね ^^;
