肉	肉野菜定食 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二代目博多一幸舎と店名が変わってから初めての訪問です。以前はお店の外まで強烈な豚骨臭がしましたが、かなりマイルドな匂いのスープになりました。また通常のラーメンがなくなり、味玉付きラーメンがデフォルトになったようです。味玉豚骨ラーメンを注文。スープの味は以前と比べると万人向けのとっつきやすくなり、私にはちょっとおとなし過ぎる気がしました。前の強烈な匂いがした時の方が好きだったのですが、当時はそんなにお客さんが入っていなかったからしょうがないのでしょうか。前のスープの味が恋しい。麺や具は以前のお店と大差がない感じです。もしかしたらだいぶ変わっているのかもしれませんが、昔から白い味玉だったなぁ。ちなみに麺の硬さは「バリカタ」、「カタメ」、「ヤワ」の3通り。「普通」は無しです。ところで博多ラーメンで「ヤワ」を頼む人ってどのくらいいるのかな？私も周りの人も頼んでいる人はいないなぁ。ところで以前のお店はやきめしが激熱で美味しかったのですが、今回は売り切れのため食べれませんでした。寒い冬にはたまらなかったのに残念。帰りの際、お店の店頭にあるメニューを見てたら子供用ラーメンはタダとのこと。幼い子供がいる家庭には大変ありがたいサービスですね。 This is my first visit since the store name changed to the second generation Hakata Kazuyukisha.
