約半年ぶりに再訪。 前回食べた時より美味しいと思った。前回食した時、麺とスープの絡みが今一つと記載したが、今回は気にならにかった。その理由は前回は茹で加減を『超硬』にしたのを今回は『硬』にしたからだと思うが、これが、かなり良かった。 にしても、ここのスープはかなり本格的な豚骨スープ。独特の臭いと風味は本当に美味い。チェーン店とは思えぬ完成度のスープ。関東ではなかなかないクオリティ。 駐車場もあるので行きやすいし、一杯680円という価格も良い。 ごちそうさまでした。 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 主に福岡でチェーン展開してる店。何故か神奈川の大和市にあったので行ってきた。最寄り駅は東急田園都市線、つきみ野、車では国道16号近くなので、どちらも行きやすい立地。駐車場も多めなので有難い。 まず店の換気扇から漏れる臭いは強烈ではないにしろ独特の『トンコツ臭』がする。 トンコツ好きにとっては期待が増幅させられる臭いだ。 そして肝心のラーメンの味は、ノーマルの豚骨ラーメンを注文したのだが、チェーン店にしては相当美味い。関東の豚骨ラーメンのレベルと比較したら、相当上位のレベル。自分の中で標準評価の豚骨ラーメン、一蘭の味を遥かに越えている。 個人的には大田区の大岡山にある『長浜・ナンバーワン』の東京支店よりスープに限ってと言う評価をするなら、関東人に媚びてない味付けと風味のスープである分、こっちの方が上。(個人的な好みだが・・・) ただ上記の様にトンコツ臭があるので、スープは豚骨独特のクセがある。よって関東の人間からしたら万人受けするようなラーメンではないかもしれないが、かなり本格的なスープだ。 あと、残念に感じるのは使用している麺の味と、煮卵の価格。煮卵1個で150円は強気。100円が適正だと思う。 次に麺。これはあくまで個人的な感想だが、意図的に麺が延びるのを避ける様にする為なのか、せっかくのスープとの絡みが悪い。もう少し加水率を低くしても良いと思う。そうすると麺とスープが絡んで、もっと美味しく食せるはず。 素晴らしいスープがあるのに、麺がスープに追い付いていない。実に勿体無いと感じてしまう。バランスに改善の余地ありなラーメンだ。 ただ、それを差し引いても、チェーンにしては下手なラーメン屋を凌駕するような高レベルな豚骨ラーメン。また機会があれば行ってみたいと思えるラーメン屋でした。

First of all, the odor leaking from the ventilation fan of the store has a unique "pork bone odor", if not intense. For tonkotsu lovers, it's a smell that amplifies expectations. And as for the essential ramen taste, I ordered normal pork bone ramen, but it is quite delicious for a chain store. Compared to the level of tonkotsu ramen in the Kanto region, it is a fairly high level. It far exceeds the taste of Ichiran, the standard pork bone ramen in me. Personally, if you evaluate it only as a soup from the Tokyo branch of "Nagahama Number One" in Ookayama, Ota-ku, this one is because it is a seasoned and flavored soup that is not flirting with Kanto people. Is above. (It's my personal preference ...) However, as mentioned above, the soup has a peculiar habit of pork bones because it has a tongue-in-cheek odor. Therefore, it may not be a ramen that everyone in the Kanto region will receive, but it is a fairly authentic soup. Also, I regret the taste of the noodles used and the price of the boiled eggs. One boiled egg costs 150 yen, which is bullish. I think 100 yen is appropriate. Next is noodles. This is just a personal impression, but the entanglement with the soup is bad, probably because it is to prevent the noodles from stretching intentionally. I think it's okay to lower the water content a little more. Then the noodles and soup will be entwined and you should be able to eat more deliciously. I have a great soup, but the noodles aren't catching up with the soup. I feel that it is really wasteful. It's a ramen that has room for improvement in balance. However, even if it is subtracted, it is a high-level pork bone ramen that surpasses the ramen shops that are not good for chains. It was a ramen shop that I would like to visit if I have the opportunity.

一言で表現するとあっさり豚骨。もう少し濃厚でもいいと思うけど、これはこれで美味しいと思います。 豚骨ラーメン店にしては、メニューも豊富で、いろいろトライしてみたくなります。 お店の内装はお世辞にもきれいではないですけど、それもまた良し、味で勝負してるんだろうなぁ。

約10年ぶりにくらいに九州ラーメンを食べました。最近は家系ラーメンが多かったので、違うラーメンも美味しいなと感じさせてくれるラーメンでした。スープも飲みやすかったので最後まで飲めました!妻も全部飲み干してましたのでうまかったんだと思います。また近くに来たら立ち寄りたいなと思えるお店です。長浜ラーメンは中々見かけないので、食べる事ができて良かったです!ごちそうさまでした!
I ate Kyushu ramen for the first time in about 10 years. Recently, there have been many Iekei ramen, so it was a ramen that made me feel that different ramen was delicious. The soup was also easy to drink, so I was able to drink until the end! I think it was good because my wife also drank everything. It is a shop that you will want to stop by if you come near again. 緊急事態宣言中の平日の開店直後に訪問しました。広めの店内で席と席の間がしっかり開いていました。席も大体埋まり人気店ですね。しっかり博多ラーメンに醤油感を強めて関東っぽい感じ仕上がりにしましたって感じで美味しかったです。チャーハンはラーメンの邪魔をしない感じでお腹いっぱいにする為の飯って感じですね。麺は超硬でも柔めでも美味しく頂ける良い麺でした。
I visited immediately after the store opened on weekdays during the state of emergency. The space between the seats was firmly open in the spacious store. The seats are almost full and it's a popular shop. It was delicious because I felt that Hakata ramen had a strong soy sauce flavor and had a Kanto-like finish. Fried rice is like rice to fill your stomach without disturbing the ramen. The noodles were good noodles that you can enjoy both super hard and soft.

豚骨ラーメン、半やきめしのセットにネギトッピング♡いつもこってり豚骨ばかり食べていたので、一口飲んでおおお!ってなりました。濃厚さもありながらくどくない豚骨スープでこれはまた美味しかった!歯ごたえのある麺が凄く気に入って替玉も^ ^ そしてやきめしも大好きな味!パラパラしっとり熱々でラーメン来る前に完食してしまうかと思った、福神漬けとあうあう^ ^ 駐車場もあって店内も広くて清潔、 緊急事態宣言解除後もあってあっという間にお客さんいっぱいでした!メニューも豊富なのでリピさんが多いのが分かります^ ^またすぐ食べたい♡

ラーメンとチャーハンのセットはお得!チャーハンボリュームありました。ラーメンは濃い!店の外まで豚骨臭がするくらいなので濃い!でも不思議としつこくは無く、食べやすい。食べた後、口の中はペタペタでした! ご馳走さまでした。

A Hakata-Kei ramen shop. I prefer eating the Itameshi than the ramen they serve here. The ramen taste is nothing like normal Hakata-Kei ramen. Unless you really want to eat a typical Hakata ramen so bad, this place is the only choice around this area. I go here when I can't stand to go home starving, but the smell they produce outside the shop is really intimidating.

Excellent tonkotsu ramen for as low as 680yen. I asked for extra black garlic oil and it was an amazing dinner. Not a very large shop, has counter seats and a few tables. Recommended to visit if you're nearby.
