店主の人柄も素晴らしい！！
ただ、営業時間が短いからなかなか行けないのが残念です。

知る人ぞ知る名店。一度味わう価値あり。
メニュー→ラーメン700 たまごラーメン750 のりラーメン750 豚丼400セットメニューで250。替え玉100。
トッピングにのり、たまご共に50。
営業時間→19時からスープ切れるまで。19時には並んでいます。また、次から次へと来店するので早めに行く事をお勧めします。
駐車場→店の前に車２台、自転車も数台置けるスペース有り。
座席数→7席。カウンター席のみ。カウンターはややゆとりある。お隣の方と肘が当たる事がないくらいで食事できます。
店様子→カウンターのみで窓際には並び客が並んで待つシステム。他人の視線に弱い方は厳しいかもしれません。
店主一人でゴミひとつない非常に居心地のいい店内。
食券ではなく店主に注文するシステム。
精算時に万札だすと、店主大変なので下の料金表を参考に金額揃えておくと気持ちよくご馳走様といけます。
写真左がたまごラーメン、右がのりラーメン。
食べやすいが濃厚な豚骨スープ、臭みが全くなく店主のこだわりが垣間見得ます。
麺は手打ち、中細麺でコシのあり喉越しの良さが光ります。
旧16号線沿いで見落としがちな店構えですが、こちらにお見えの際には是非一度、ご賞味ください。

ボリュームは少な目で、替え玉で調整可能？なのかな？
店内はキレイで清潔感があり、コロナ時代でも安心です。
場所はそれなりに交通量ある通り沿いなので見つけやすいですが、駐車場がちょっと入れにくい感じの作りで2台しか停められません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めちゃくちゃ美味いです。素人の感想ですが，自分としてはラーメンにおける理想と好みを全て合わせたかのようなものだと思っています。
白いスープに脂がこってりしてて，スープそのものが旨味で溢れている感じです。麺は自分好みの少し硬めで，食感がとても良いです。あと黒塗りの器がラーメンと色合いがマッチしてて良いと思います。
サイドメニューの豚丼もとても好きです。いつも3杯食べてます。いわゆるネギチャーシュー丼の類で，食べやすいサイズにチャーシューを刻んでいて，米ととても合います。上から味付けの液体がかかっていてすごく美味しいです。ネギシャキシャキ，チャーシューもぐもぐといったところです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 唯一無二の味です。色々なラーメンを食べてきましたが、ここと似てるなと思ったことはありません。それでいて滅茶苦茶おいしいのですごいと思います。
多分日本一営業時間が短いですね。
移転してからは車がないと行くのが厳しいかなと思います。
個人的には移転前のアンダーグラウンドな雰囲気や長いレンゲが好きでした（笑）

蔓延防止で18時30分から19時30分までの時短営業になっている。19時20分くらいにはもう店仕舞いに入っていた。
味は安定して美味しく、接客も丁寧。
店主お一人でのオペレーションなので注文や会計のタイミングは気を付けてあげるとよいかも。

ずっと食べたくて10年ぶりにようやく飛行機で来て訪問。
一口目で感動。やはりこのスープはすごい。他にない。
そして麺で感動。歯応えあり噛むほどに旨味が湧き出る感じ。
この麺は他に見たことない。
普段は1回なのに2回も替え玉してしまった。
いい仕事してるな。お一人で。
10年以上、この味を守ってる姿にジーンとした。
俺も仕事頑張ろう。
