グルクンの唐揚げはアオサに染み込ませた醤油と食べるとめちゃくちゃうまい！絶品です。
 One of the few shops in Tokyo that sells foam balls. The base is awamori, but people who are not good at awamori can definitely drink it. It's a must!
Deep-fried Gurukun is insanely delicious when eaten with soy sauce soaked in sea lettuce! It is excellent.

泡盛は苦手意識がありましたが、実際に飲んでみると飲みやすく、とても美味しかったです。
また来たいです！

絶品という程ではないですがまあ外さない。
泡盛がすごい種類あって、カクテルとかサワー系も珍しいものが多くてよく飲めます??笑

ゴーヤチャンプルー、ラフテー、アーサそばを選択
前菜から沖縄色満載
柔らかい手造りジーマミー豆腐はあまくて美味しい豆腐
続いてプチプチ食感がたまらない海ぶどう
特性のタレにつけていただくと旨味満載
ざるもずく
専用のつゆにみょうが、ねぎ、わさびなどの薬味を添えていただくもずくです。
さっぱり感もあるのでアテにもぴったりです。
揚げ物を挟んだあとは
沖縄料理といえばのゴーヤチャンプルー
苦味のないゴーヤチャンプルーはお酒のアテにもぴったり
これまた沖縄料理の定番
ラフテー
柔らかい角煮は白髪ねぎとの相性抜群です。
最後はアーサそば
これでもかと乗ったあおさに緑のそば麺
塩味がよく効いており締めにぴったりの1品でした。
