土曜日の14:10に到着。店前で2組の待ち。 14:30頃店内へ。 そば3種と天ぷらを注文♪ おかみさんがとても一所懸命に接客をしてくれます^ ^ 蕎麦粉3種を見せてくれました。 実際のそばと見比べながらいただきました♪ どれもおいしかったですね♪

お蕎麦がとっても美味しいです。お店も綺麗で、ついつい色々頼んでしまいました。 今回はお酒と共に頂いたんですが、次回はランチでしっかりお蕎麦の味を楽しみたいと思います。

2021年5月土曜日12時着で数人待ち。その後も何人か続くも、待ち時間に脱落していく人が続く…ここは時間に余裕を持って来なくてはならない。炎天下でも店前にある3人がけの長椅子だけが唯一の日陰。ここをゲットできなければ車で来て車内待ちをするしかない。先陣が出た後のタイミングで、40分ほどで入店できが、入店後の注文からもかなり待つ。隣の人は慣れたもので持参の単行本読んでいる。大変待つが満足度が高いため、退店時に、皆「ごちそうさまでした!」と厨房側に声をかけたくなる、そんなお店。接客も温かみがある 私はお蕎麦の食べ比べが出来る三種盛り(せいろ、粗挽き、田舎)1320円と、野菜の天ぷら盛り合わせ700円を注文。私の好みはせいろ>粗挽き>田舎だけど、少しずつ食べ比べられる楽しさもある。天ぷらはサクサクで野菜も新鮮で色んな種類が入っていて、天つゆと抹茶塩付き。天つゆと蕎麦つゆが美味しくて蕎麦や天ぷらの味を引き立てていました 13時過ぎると待ち時間ゼロでした。時間帯をずらすと待ち時間少なくて済みそうです LINE友達登録の特典、プレミアム会員の特典もある PayPay使えます 6月初旬、平日昼間12時頃に再訪。先客2名ですぐ入店出来ました。半レアの『鴨南ばん』と、噂の『カツ煮』にトライ!鴨の柔らかさに感動!カツ煮はお肉が柔らかく、甘み強め汁で美味しかったです! 6月下旬、初めて夕食に。女子5人グループ1組のみですぐ入店できました。『本日の肴の5種盛』は、たかやさんの蕎麦屋ならではアレンジと創意工夫で作る手の混んだ料理の作業工程を聞いていたので味をしっかり確認しながら美味しさが増し、白わさの兎カッティングには見た目の可愛さにキュンとなった。『蕎麦粉のジェラート』は、きな粉がかかっていて適量のアラレがアクセントになり、普通のカップアイスより多い量でも飽きずにさっぱりした甘さで美味しかった。

週末のランチにお邪魔しました。 卵焼きと3種盛り2人前を注文しました。 卵焼きは、まさに蕎麦屋の卵焼きといった具合で、個人的には甘くなくて、出汁がたっぷりの卵焼きが好きなのでドンピシャ好みです。 蕎麦は、3種食べ比べを頼みましたが、あまり大きな違いは感じられませんでした。打ち方を変えるまではいかなくとも、丸抜きは細打ち、挽きぐるみは太打ちなど、細さだけでも変えると食べ比べを楽しめるかなと思います。コシが強い蕎麦なので、個人的にはもう少し細打ちが好みですが、蕎麦は嗜好品の最たる食べ物、こうした方がいい、ああしろこうしろと言うのはナンセンス。 歯応えのある、中打ちが好みの方はドンピシャだと思います。

テイクアウトで美味しくいただきました! 茹で方のリーフレットも可愛く、 その通りに茹でてとてもおいしかったです。 江戸前のお蕎麦はつゆが濃いのですが、 たかやさんのつゆは出汁の香りがとても優しく、 まろやかでたっぷりお蕎麦を浸して 食べることができたのはとても私好みでした。 お蕎麦の香りいっぱいの 蕎麦湯も最後まで堪能できました! お店ではお野菜の天ぷらなどがあるそうで 今度は絶対お店で天ぷらと お蕎麦を楽しみたいです! 本当に美味しかったです! ごちそうさまでした。

日曜14時半頃に伺ったら、ほぼ満席でしたが、丁寧に対応していただき、あるものでお任せで出していただいたので、写真は載せますがメニューには無いので悪しからず。 戴いたレモン蕎麦はメルマガ会員登録すると食べることができます。変わり種の蕎麦ですが大変美味しく戴きました! また、お酒も風変わりなお猪口で提供され、何でも飲み口で味が変わるんだそうです。 ※まん防中はアルコール提供はしていません おもしろい体験と美味しいお蕎麦、有難うございました。ごちそうさまでした!
