経験もなく、相談する人もいなかったので不安だらけでしたが、電話してすぐに来てくれました。親身になって丁寧に対応していただいたので、不安な気持ちも薄らぎました。
担当の方がとても良かったです。こういうときは、人柄のよい方に対応してもらえるかどうかで全く違うものだと思います。ここにお願いして、父も安らかに逝けたのではないかと思います。とても感謝しています。
 I asked Naritaya when my father died.
I was worried because I had no experience and no one to consult with, but it came immediately after calling. Since I was kind enough to respond carefully, I felt uneasy.
The person in charge was very good. In such a case, I think that it is completely different depending on whether or not the person with good personality can deal with it. I ask here, and I think my father made some money. I appreciate it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通夜と告別式を行いました。実はここの利用は２度目です。義理の両親が亡くなりましたので対応が良いのでお世話になりました。父親は在宅治療を希望しておりましたので亡くなっての連絡をしたら、早々に段取りが出来ました。母の葬儀では事前に相談する事が出来たので思っていた以上に良い葬儀が出来ました。ホールから火葬場までも近いので楽でした。
We had a farewell ceremony and a wake-up ceremony. Actually, this is my second time using it. My parents-in-law have passed away, so I am grateful for the good response. My father wanted home treatment, so when I contacted him when he died, I was able to set up early. At my mother's funeral, I was able to consult in advance, so the funeral was better than I had expected. It was easy because the hall is close to the crematorium.
