★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日により二八と9割蕎麦が交互に。釜の上機械に練った蕎麦粉を押し出して、落として茹でるスタイル。蕎麦は美味しいのだが、せいろのつゆが蕎麦に明らかに負けててとても残念。返しが薄いと思われる。この店はせいろより他のつけ蕎麦系が良さげ。ランチは炊き込みご飯が付く。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立川駅南口から日航ホテルに向かう道沿いにある。ランチで初訪。選びきれず、石臼挽きせいろ蕎麦(750円)と石挽きせいろうどん(750円)をそれぞれ1枚ずつ注文。この日のお蕎麦は二八そば。日によって十割そばになるとのこと。正直、お蕎麦は食べ慣れてないので評価しづらいのだけど、蕎麦の香りはそれほど感じられず、つゆもイマイチ。逆に、うどんはツヤツヤで少し透明感もあり、もちっとして弾力あるけど讃岐うどんのコシとは違っていて、麺の側面は少しザラザラしてるように見えるのにツルツルの不思議な麺(製麺は押出し式なのかな?)。こういう麺は久しぶりでしたが私好みでした。そしてこれまたつゆがいまいちでしたが、卓上の調味料(胡椒、黒山椒)で味変して完食。うどんも蕎麦もそれぞれ180gとのことで、蕎麦は食べきれずに無理せず残すと、持ち帰り用にパックに詰めて持たせてくれました。蕎麦湯が美味しかったです

Is it an extrusion type?). It's been a while since I've had noodles like this, but I liked them. And the soup wasn't good enough, but I changed the taste with the seasonings (pepper, Kuroyama pepper) on the table and finished it. The udon and soba weighed 180g each, so if I couldn't eat the soba and left it without overdoing it, I packed it in a pack for take-out. The soba hot water was delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くにあるんだけど意識高い系なだけかなと思って今まで入った事がなかったんだけど時間がなかったのではいってみた。
店で蕎麦挽いていて、お上品な味付けで、その割にそこまで高くない値段設定。
汁の味が醤油とか塩の直接的な味よりも、出汁がほんのり効いてて、麺や唐辛子、ネギ、トロロの素材の味が分かりやすい。
何かもう一つあるとかなり点数高くなる気がするんだけど、それがなにかわからない。
色々と書きましたが総評として4。

佇まいは硬派な蕎麦屋といった雰囲気だが、ちょっと変わり種のメニューやだし巻き卵などもあり、意外とバラエティ豊かなラインナップ。
担々うどんを食べたが、とにかく麺の量が多く、食べごたえがあった。
味のほうは辛すぎず、こってりし過ぎず、自分のバランスでつけダレと麺を食べ進められる。
男性でも充分満足できる量で、このあとデザートも、とは言えなかった(笑)
