平日の昼はお得なセットがあるが今日は日曜日。二人して野菜天をオーダー。蕎麦は茨城県日立と。キリリとしまり美味い。思わず声を上げる。天ぷらは人参、エノキ、蓮、茄子、ザーサイ等。塩で食べるが案内だが、個人的には蕎麦汁にタップリ付けるのが好み。

本格的なお側が食べられるお店。スタッフさんが感じよく、そば以外のメニューも美味しくて、頻繁にいっても全然飽きません。職場から近く、お昼時の利用が多いのですが、お酒の取り揃えを見ると、夜来たらもっと楽しめるお店という感じがします。

日曜のお昼に初めて利用しました。すごーい!の一言です。お昼からお酒を飲まれる方には特にお勧めです。どれも美味しくてぜひ今度は夜も行きたい!と思わせてくれました。つまみもお蕎麦もお酒もどれも美味しくおかみさんなのかな?女性の店員さんもとても感じがよく初めてでしたが大変好感を持ちました。行きつけにしたいです。また伺わせていただきます。ありがとうございましたー。

現在は十割蕎麦のみを提供、量は中庸、造りに特別感無く、質感も中庸。浸汁とのバランスは上々。訪問時の蕎麦は青森と北海道ブレンドで、粗挽粉も配合されているそうだが、蕎麦の出来からすると比率は高くはなさそうです。価格税込1000円からと高値圏で二ツ星。週末より平日がオススメ、楽しめるランチがあり、それは三ツ星。

2021年7月 梅雨の晴れ間の土曜日ランチで伺いました。 場所は関内駅から伊勢佐木町側の裏手です。ちょっと難しい。 店内はカウンター7席、他にテーブル席があります。 十割蕎麦目当てでしたので天ざるを十割蕎麦1900円でお願いしました。料金は通常の蕎麦と変わりませんでした。 最初に蕎麦つゆと天ぷらが出てきました。店員さんは蕎麦は今茹でていますのでもう少しお待ちくださいと伝えていきました。 天ぷらは揚げたてでトマト、スナップエンドウ、海老など種類が沢山あって楽しいです。てんつゆが別に無かったのは残念、個人的には蕎麦つゆは天ぷらに濃すぎと感じますし、蕎麦食べる時に天ぷらの油が浮くのが嫌です。従い天ぷらは塩で食べました。胡麻油で揚げたてで素材も美味しいのですがちょっと油が切れてない。天ぷらとしてはまあまあです。 そうしているうちに蕎麦が来ました。店員さんは北海道と青森の蕎麦粉を使っていますと教えてくれました。嬉しいです。量は標準的、手打ちですがとても綺麗に切られプロの技だなあと感心させられます。でも蕎麦の表面が乾いているのは何故だろう。さっき茹でていると言ったのに?ツユを蕎麦猪口に注いでと思ったらちょっと少ない。ツユは濃いめなのでまあいいかと思い食べました。蕎麦とツユは合っていて美味しい。 蕎麦湯はドロドロで美味しいです。 うーん、良いところとイマイチなところが数々ありなんとも言えない店でした。昼そばだけ食べる客より夜お酒のお客の店なのかなー。

Therefore, I ate tempura with salt. It's fried in sesame oil and the ingredients are delicious, but the oil isn't running out. It's ok for tempura. While doing so, soba came. The clerk told me that he uses buckwheat flour from Hokkaido and Aomori. I'm happy. The amount is standard and handmade, but it is cut very cleanly and I am impressed that it is a professional skill. But why is the surface of the buckwheat dry? Did you just say that it was boiled? If you think about pouring tuyu into soba noodles, it's a little less. The tuyu is thick, so I thought it would be okay and ate it. Soba and tuyu go well together and are delicious. Soba-yu is muddy and delicious. Well, it was a shop that I couldn't say because there were many good points and bad points. I wonder if it's a shop for customers who drink at night rather than customers who eat only soba at noon.

神奈川県横浜 関内和食そばの天空でお昼のランチを頂きました。十割蕎麦をざるそばで頂きました。北海道のキタアカリを使ったポテトサラダ、蕎麦湯も美味。店内もは、静かで落ちついた感じ。ゆっくりお昼を惜しく頂きました。忘れ物を追いかけて届けて下さるなど、お店の方たちも、親切で感じのよい方たちで、また訪れたいと思いました。
I had lunch in the sky near Kanagawa Japanese food in Yokohama, Kanagawa. I had 100% soba noodles at Zaru Soba. Potato salad using Hokkaido's Kita Akari and soba hot water are also delicious. 【十割蕎麦】【禁煙?】【パーティションあり】【オススメは白米】たまたま見つけて、店外掲示のメニュー見て、こだわりを感じたので入店。良い驚きがあったので星5つ。初訪問の店は『せいろ大盛り』1択なんだけど、メニュー見てたら白米、とろろ、お漬物とせいろがセットになった平日ランチ限定蕎麦御膳が気になり頼む。蕎麦御膳のせいろ大盛りは+200円。単品せいろ+大盛りは+400円計1400円なら蕎麦御膳かなと。 提供された白米を食べてまぁびっくり。最近食べた白米でダントツ美味い。帰りに聞いたら秋田直送、農薬は一回のみの鴨?農法。炊き方もこだわってることでしょうが、蕎麦屋だけど白米も食べてほしい。 蕎麦は北海道など3ヶ所ほどをブレンドして、十割蕎麦だけどゴワゴワしてない。蕎麦湯も濃くて言うことはあまりない。当たりの店でした? 関内でオススメできる店を知れたのは嬉しい限り。

You may be particular about how to cook it, but I want you to eat white rice though it is a soba restaurant. Soba is a blend of about 3 places such as Hokkaido, and although it is 100% buckwheat, it is not stiff. Soba hot water is also thick and there is not much to say. It was a hit shop ? As long as I was happy to know the shops I can recommend in Kannai.
