★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼一時すこしまわったお時間に訪問させていただきました。
並びなし、すぐに入れました。
■ランチ（天婦羅うどん大盛+お稲荷さん二個)
ランチのお饂飩は全部で七種類、
カレーうどん、
竹輪天うどんにも惹かれましたが
はじめてのお店ということもあり、
かき揚げ（野菜と桜えび)うどんを冷やで。
大盛同じお値段です。
10分ほどで着丼。
かき揚げのボリュームにびっくりです。
うどんも大盛はそこそこのボリューム。
十分お腹が満たされます。
麺は細めですが、しっかりコシがあり食べごたえ十分。
出汁は濃いめの甘めです。
たまには、いいですね！
かき揚げはさくさくで、
野菜、桜えびとも香りよく美味しいです！
また、きゅうり、若芽がさっぱりして、アクセントになります。
ランチも楽しめましたが、
つまみのメニューも豊富なようですので、
飲みにもよさそうです！
是非チャレンジしたいです！

I'm fully satisfied.
The noodles are thin, but they are firm and chewy enough to eat.
The soup stock is thick and sweet.
Sometimes it's good!
Kakiage is crispy,
Both vegetables and sakura shrimp are fragrant and delicious!
In addition, cucumbers and young shoots are refreshing and accentuate.

麺のコシが強めで、薬味多め、スープも美味しいです。
お稲荷さんも二つもついてきます。
これで850円なので満足感あります。

肉うどん・おいなりさんのセットを注文。
麺は少し柔らかめで、お出汁はほっこり薄味です。
おいなりさんが、ふっくらとしていて美味しかったです。

2名で訪問すると店内はカウンター席とテーブル席が４つほどありました。
竹（野菜と桜海老のかきあげとわかめのうどん）とカレーうどんを注文。セットで季節のごはんかいなり寿司が選べるのですが13時ごろ訪問するとすでに季節のごはんは売り切れていました。
竹の方は揚げたてのかき揚げがジュージューと音をたてながら提供されてびっくり。サクサクのかき揚げは美味しかったです。
またカレーうどんも量が多く食べ応えがありました。
うどんの麺は柔らかめ。特徴は少ないかなと思います。
セットで850円なのでコスパはとても良いと思います。
Udon shop in Akasaka. The shop is on the first basement floor.
When we visited with two people, there were about four counter seats and four table seats in the store.
I ordered bamboo (vegetables, sakura shrimp kakiage and wakame seaweed udon) and curry udon. You can choose seasonal rice or sushi as a set, but when you visited around 13:00, the seasonal rice was already sold out.
For the bamboo, I was surprised that the freshly fried kakiage was served while making a sizzling sound. The crispy kakiage was delicious.
Also, the amount of curry udon was large and it was very satisfying to eat.
Udon noodles are soft. I think there are few features.
The set is 850 yen, so I think the cost performance is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと分かりにくい場所（入り口の間口が狭く、お店は階段を降りた地下）ですが、赤坂見附駅から徒歩1分でこの価格はかなりのお値打ち。しかもランチは、かやくご飯かお稲荷さんが無料。うどんはコシのある手打ちうどん。たまたま、ほとんど待たずに入店できましたが、退店時にはかなりの行列が?。はやめの時間がおすすめのようです。美味しく頂きました。リピ確実。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ せっかくなのでランチはうどんを食べたいと近くを検索していたら、見つけた葉隠うどん。かなりの人気店だが、タイミングが良かったのか店外に行列なし！店内に入ると、数名座って待っていたが、このお店は回転が早く10分弱でカウンターに案内された。お店はカウンター主体で座敷もある。1人〜2人客が多く、みんな黙々と食べてでていくスタイルだ。
オーダーしたのは「肉ごぼううどん」。肉うどんにごぼう天をトッピングというスタイルだが、感覚的に3〜4割の方が肉ごぼううどんをオーダーしていたように見えた。そして、結構な割合で「かしわ（飯）」がオーダーされていく。
目の前で調理されていくので見ていると、その場で麺を打っている。それを釜で茹でて、一度しめて、オーダーごとに温めるというスタイルのようだ。なかなか面白い！と思っていたら自分の肉ごぼううどんが登場。まずはだしから。このだしがあっさりしていながらコクが合ってうまい。これはうまい。
そして麺。よく博多のうどんは「やわやわ」と表現されるが個人的には全く納得できない。これはヤワヤワではなく、もちもちなのだ。表面の柔らかい部分にスープが絡みつき、そして口の中ではもっちりとした食感が残る。最高じゃないか。
ごぼうと肉の相性もよく、最高のうどんだった。やっぱり博多うどんは最高じゃね。
Hagakure Udon I found when I was searching nearby to eat udon for lunch. It's a very popular shop, but maybe the timing was right, there was no line outside the shop! When I entered the store, several people sat and waited, but this store turned quickly and was guided to the counter in less than 10 minutes. The shop is mainly a counter and has a tatami room. There are many customers with one or two people, and everyone eats silently.
I ordered "Meat burdock udon". The style is topping the meat udon with burdock heaven, but it seemed that 30 to 40% of the people ordered the meat udon. Then, "Kashiwa (rice)" is ordered at a good rate.
It's cooked right in front of me, so when I look at it, I'm hitting noodles on the spot. It seems to be a style of boiling it in a kettle, boiling it once, and warming it for each order. Quite interesting! When I thought about it, my own meat burdock udon appeared. First of all. This dashi stock is light and rich, but it's good. This is good.
And noodles. Hakata udon is often described as "yawayawa", but I personally don't understand it at all. This is not Yawayawa, but sticky. The soup is entwined with the soft part of the surface, and a chewy texture remains in the mouth. Isn't it the best?
The burdock and meat go well together, and it was the best udon noodles. After all Hakata udon is the best.

ついに、入店出来ました！！
注文は、カレーうどん！
旦那は、期間限定の冷やしカレー的なやつ。
ランチは、五目いなりか、季節のご飯がサービスで付くので、１個ずつお願いした。
うどんはかなりコシが強い！！
カレーうどんのような、温かい系でも、濃しがすごかったので、冷やしで食べた旦那はもっと(笑)
硬いのが苦手な我らには、なかなかの難敵でした(笑)
ただ、冷やしはお出汁とカレーのつけ汁が２種類ついてきて、食べ比べ出来るのもいいし、お出汁美味しかった。
サービスのご飯は、鶏そぼろあんかけで、これが美味しかった！

For those of us who are not good at being stiff, it was quite a difficult enemy (laughs).
However, the chilled soup came with two types of soup stock and curry soup, and it was nice to be able to compare them by eating, and the soup stock was delicious.
The service rice was chicken soboro ankake, which was delicious!
