きれいに保存されています。
奥美濃の物産、お土産物が揃っています。
日中はもちろん、ライトアップされた夜の風景も素敵ですよ。
 Gujo Hachiman Old Government Building. A beautiful and quaint building.
It is well preserved.
Oku Mino's products and souvenirs are available.
Not only during the day, but also the illuminated night scenery is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年2月15日に「赤谷山城」の御城印をもらうために訪れました。
2021年度の雪まつりの雪像が入口横に作られていましたが、もうかなり溶けていました。
例年なら「福寄せ雛」が展示される時期なのですが、今年もイベントは開催されないようですね。
I visited on February 15, 2022 to get the castle seal of "Akayayama Castle".
A snow sculpture of the 2021 Snow Festival was made next to the entrance, but it has already melted.
Normally, it is the time when "Fukuyori Hina" is exhibited, but it seems that the event will not be held this year either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best and most helpful tourist information centre I've ever been to - in any country! The staff are very friendly and helpful, there's a shop and a restaurant with very good food and reasonable prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gujo Hachiman Castle Town Plaza is a fantastic place to visit. Staff are friendly and seem happy to see visitors. They have maps and information booklets available on the Gujo Odori dance. As well as restaurant information and area info. Gujo Hachiman makes a great day trip from Gifu City and this is the place to start your day.
They do sell some gifts from the area as well including some high quality fabrics dyed the traditional wa and other local crafts.The Castle Town Plaza is a attractive building surrounded by bridges and beautiful clear water. Do yourself a huge favor and stop by to ask some questions or shop. Then enjoy one of the most beautiful towns in all of Japan!
