今の時代でなら、訪れる人を見守ってくれているのかも。
高取城跡からは長い階段を、南側のハイキングコースからは、二股に分かれた遊歩道ではない側の急坂を登りきった場所にあります。

From the Takatori Castle Ruins, there is a long staircase, and from the hiking course on the south side, you can climb the steep slope on the side that is not a bifurcated promenade.

高取城から壺阪寺の方面へ下って行く途中にある神社。
本丸まで550メートルの看板と簡易トイレがある場所の近くにある階段を登った先にあります。
境内は少し崩壊しています。
神社を正面に左側から壺阪寺の「五百羅漢」へ繋がる登山道があります。
Visited in March 2018.
A shrine in the middle of going down from Takatori castle towards Tsubo-Hanji.
It is located up the stairs near where there is a signboard and a toilet for 550 meters to Honmaru.
The grounds have collapsed a little.
In front of the shrine, there is a trail leading from the left side to the "500 Hyakkan" in Tsubosakaji.

明治の高取城廃城以降管理されていないのかかなり朽ちていた
一方で供物はここ最近のようであり未だ崇敬を集めているのが分かる

It was quite decayed because it was not managed after the abandoned Takatori Castle in the Meiji era.
On the other hand, it can be seen that the offerings seem to be recent and still revered.

御武運長久の灯籠も。
課なり荒れ果てていました。

どうも、高取城の鎮守社であったみたいである。それが明治27年の城の取り壊しとともに、朽ち果てたようです。
There is no explanation board and no one listens, so I have to check it online.
Apparently, it seems to have been a guardian of Takatori Castle. It seems to have fallen along with the demolition of the castle in 1887.

長い階段をかなり登ります。一般の人が参拝する神社では無い雰囲気です。境内はかなり荒れていて、本堂も傷みが激しいです。高取城とともに整備されるよう願っています。

Climb the long stairs quite a bit. The atmosphere is not a shrine that ordinary people worship. The precincts are quite rough and the main hall is also severely damaged. I hope it will be maintained together with Takatori Castle.
