日曜日のランチ(13時半過ぎ)に初めて伺いました。
店内は空いていました。
数量限定のランチは売り切れていて
1500円のランチを注文。
味やお肉の柔さかはこんなものでしょうが
野菜は味の薄いカクテキやナムル(もやしのみ)とキャベツの千切りサラダ！
(これはせめてリーフレタスくらいにしてください！)
あとは、わかめスープとご飯。
お箸だけだったので
わかめスープがとても飲みにくくて
スプーンが欲しかったです。
びっくりしたことがいくつか…
まず
"いらっしゃいませ"の一言も無かったこと…
これ基本だと思うのですが。
最後に温かいお茶をお願いしたら
"うちは温かいお茶はありません"とのこと
お会計時はお金だけ受け取ってレシートを渡さないので
「領収書をください」とお願いしました。
最後に
"ありがとうございます"も無かったかな…
味はともかく
接客が最低以下！
最近、稀に見る対応の悪さにびっくりしました。
二度と行かないからいいです。
 With a sudden visitor
I visited for the first time at lunch on Sunday (after 13:30).
The store was vacant.
Limited number of lunches are sold out
I ordered a lunch of 1500 yen.
The taste and tenderness of the meat would be like this
Vegetables are light-tasting kimchi, namul (bean sprouts only) and shredded cabbage salad!
(This should be at least about leaf lettuce!)
The rest is wakame soup and rice.
Because it was only chopsticks
Wakame soup is very difficult to drink
I wanted a spoon.
Some things that surprised me ...
First
There wasn't even a single word "Welcome" ...
I think this is basic.
Finally, if you ask for hot tea
"We don't have hot tea"
At the time of checkout, I only receive the money and do not give the receipt
I asked, "Please give me a receipt."
At the end
I wonder if there was "Thank you" ...
Aside from the taste
Customer service is below the minimum!
Recently, I was surprised at the poor response that I rarely see.
It's okay because I won't go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しくて、高級感もあります。たまに行きたくなるお店です。どの種類のお肉を食べてもハズレなしです。基本的に空いているので予約なしで入れます。五反田の隠れた名店かと思います。また行きます( ^ω^ )
It's delicious and has a luxurious feel. It's a shop that makes you want to go once in a while. No matter what kind of meat you eat, you won't lose. Since it is basically vacant, you can enter it without reservation. I think it's a hidden store in Gotanda. I will go again (^ ω ^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビルの上の方の店舗ですので比較的に座れるから重宝します?お肉は普通に美味しゅう御座いますが後2枚ぐらいあると嬉しいかなぁ⁉️

昼も美味しいけどランチのハラミと夜のハラミで別(夜は和牛ハラミ)で全然別物です。値段は当然高くなりますが味も美味しいので夜も必食です。

It's delicious during the day, but it's completely different between the lunch harami and the night harami (Wagyu harami at night). The price is naturally high, but the taste is delicious, so it is a must at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーソドックスな焼肉です。タンはボリュームあって美味しかったです。希少部位の盛り合わせ4500円は2人前からの頼んでみました。まー美味しかったけど、値段考えると妥当な感じ。普通にカルビとか食べるのも良さそう。換気も良く店内も綺麗なのでまた来ます！
It is an orthodox grilled meat. The tongue was voluminous and delicious. I ordered a platter of rare parts for 4500 yen from 2 servings. It was delicious, but it was reasonable considering the price. It seems good to eat ribs as usual. Ventilation is good and the inside of the store is clean, so I will come again!
