★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までで経験のした事の無い、とんでもなく酷い対応の薬局でした。3名の薬剤師さんがいて、その中の白髪の女性の対応がかなり酷いものです。
私の時は、処方を待っている方が4名程おり、ほぼ全ての方に暴言を吐いてました。
まず、ジェネリック医薬品を希望しない患者に対しては「最初から言って！」と怒鳴り、お薬手帳を忘れた患者には「必要なものなのに何で持ってこないんだ！」と怒鳴り、医師から伝えられた薬の量が違う患者には「なんで処方箋を見ないんだ！書いてあるだろ！」と怒鳴り...。
まずそもそも怒鳴ってる薬剤師さんを初めて見たのですが、ここまで連続で怒鳴り続ける人がいるものかと...(^_^;)他サイトのレビューでもかなりの酷いことを言われたと書いてありました。待ち時間、とても苦痛でした...。
ここで処方箋を出すと怒鳴られる事が確定している事と、他にも近くに処方箋薬局はたくさんある事から、こちらにはもう伺っておりません。というかもう二度と行きたくないです。

I have not heard from you that there are a lot of prescription pharmacies nearby and that things are confirmed to be yelled when a prescription is given here. Or rather I do not want to go again.
